Shipping

Ash and Earth Ceramics only ships to the UK at this time.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your items to be packed and shipped and a further 3 business days for delivery.

I will endeavour to pack and send off your ceramics as soon as possible, however, I am mostly a team of one so there may be some particularly busy times, depending on circumstances. If there is a delay for some reason, I will contact you via email.

Your items will be sent via Royal Mail using the Tracked service and you will receive a tracking number via email when they are shipped.

If you do not receive your order within 3 days of the shipping date, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will endeavour to rectify the situation.
